I’m Guilherme Diniz, a Brazilian software engineer and team lead based in Brasília. Today I work at the Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (Brazil’s Superior Labor Court), where I lead application development and the infrastructure that keeps those apps fast, stable, and secure—across both cloud and on-prem. Day to day, that means shepherding services on AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker while guiding a multidisciplinary team that looks after databases, monitoring, and reliability.
